The first thing I realized when I released the stuck energy from my body was that I didn't need to add anything—I needed to subtract/let go of things. It was a true epiphany. I was so focused on eating better, trying new vitamins, starting a new exercise routines or seeing a different health specialist. But, releasing trapped energy had a far more profound impact than all those efforts combined.

Another instant-results method to dissolve emotions, sensations, even beliefs:

1. Welcome the emotion/sensation into your awareness
2. Focus your Attention on the emotion/sensation.
3. Say these words out loud:
"Thank You"
"I welcome and accept you as you are"
"I forgive you completely"
4. Breathe deep into the epicenter of the emotion/sensation.

The best and quickest way to improve your life is to concentrate on releasing your trapped negative emotions. Otherwise you will always be battling against them no matter what self improvement methods you employ.

Great video! I have been trying these techniques to release the vast amounts of trauma trapped in my body, & it works!

Really glad to be able to see men who really take healing and inner work seriously and with utmost respect! PS Just to give context, I've had many experiences w/ men, starting from my father, which have been deeply traumatic. And they all have been quite okay w/ their lack of awareness of their emotions etc. and how their unhealed patterns ruin the lives of others around. Worse, actually taking pride in that sense of toxic masculinity (that as a man, one doesn't need any healing or therapy) instead of sitting down and healing themselves. So to see there are men out there who are so self-aware and take healing seriously is quite life-affirming and refreshing. Please take it in the right way. In no way I'm comparing you or your past, to say my father or other (unhealed) men 🙈

great video. side note, not all trapped emotions are from childhood trauma. ive had things that happened in my teenage and early 20s years which were traumatic

This is good... there is a Taoist practice called 6 healing sounds which is similar but breathing out from the organs Mantak chia explained in a book converting stress to vitality

Releasing stuck emotions is by far the hardest thing to do, I mean that in the way that I find it awkward/uncomfortable/alien to not suppress 'intense' emotions. I will definitely give myself space to do this.

P.s the law of attraction teachings are toxic and also they encourage suppression of anything negative
