If you are trying to plan a low calorie meal, we have 20 foods that are all less that 100 calories per 100 gram portion (3.5 ounces).
A lack of variety in any diet, can lead to feeling frustrated an deprived. We have included mainly wholefoods, some of which can be eaten by themselves and the rest can be combined, to make a variety of dishes to liven up your diet. Our list will go from highest to lowest and the nutritional values displayed, will be for a 100 gram portion, or just under 3 an a half ounces, unless otherwise stated. The lowest is just 10 calories for 100 grams.
