Amazing today's very superb. You are my C. Guru. (C for cheerful). I my thinking to do this for 3 days a week, does it works to my fitness. My daughter says my body as became shape. But i am same weight since from 4 months. But i am feeling easy compare to before like while climbing steps and getting up from floor without support, these credit all goes to u guru. 🙏guru

After doing your newer cardio aerobics video twice, I decided to try this one again. Wow, what a challenge. I did it! It got my heart rate at the top end of my target range and sustained it at upper third. So I am up for the challenge and my goal is to do it on one of my days off each week. Thanks for this challenging but doable video!

I've been doing your workouts for a while now and they're amazingly fun and get my muscles in shape. I injured my back in October which made me go on a workout hiatus for three months. I was seeing my waist get smaller and my legs getting stronger. Three months off was too long, but it's so much fun getting back to these workouts. Thank you for sharing them!
