i havent worked out in months for personal reasons and Im so glad im here again to say WHAT AM AMAZING WORKOUT THIS WAS!

Im dripping sweat from head to toe.

I was thinking this would be a breeze to start again with LOL I was wrong. Its a solid cardio workout. Doable but a complete workout for sure. My arms are sore!

Cant wait to continue everyday. ❤❤❤

I forgot to say that i workout through the black and white segments also so i basically took no breaks at all.
