I alway have gum with me to school just in case I have a test bc I always get so stressed, but chewing gum really does help

6 is so me, I'm swearing like a sailor, lol. But I discovered pretty fast that swearing helps me release anger and other negative emotions and calm down faster and more easily. And you know, suppressing negative emotions is terrible for you on so many levels.

Nowadays, social standards have put so much pressure on people which make people forget a lot of tiny things that could help them enjoy life better, it truly takes a lot of courage to be yourself all the time.
Another great video, i hope your ideas could reach as many people as possible, because sometimes, people forget to live for themself, me included.

never understood the daily showering routine of others. I tend to shower a lot more during summer cuz I start sweating very easily, but in winter, I shower only every two to three days.

Don't listen to others. Your values can be different than theirs, even if they are your parents. If you want to sleep, fart, shower, etc., it's your life... Live it as you please, as long as it doesn't hurt someone else. Being a kind, responsible, honest, productive human being is what matters most.

Some people need more sleep than others, and they may be night owls or early birds so adjusting your sleep routine around your work schedule, etc. is perfectly acceptable.
