Talk to yourself like you would to someone you love. Don't get so busy taking care of others that you forget ❤YOU❤ are important too!

Really quitting social media was the best thing I did in probably my life. Now I read e-books, paint and meditate instead of scrolling for hours at a time. Constantly being reminded of what you don't have and that you are not good enough for anything will make anyone depressed and it's just natural. Filling your head with problems that you haven't encountered and probably never will doesn't make sense, does it? Only misery is contagious not happiness. Focusing on real-world problems that appear in your life will improve it a million-fold I know cuz it happened to me. Use the internet as a learning tool don't let it use you.

If anyone is struggling and reading this, sweetheart, you are beautiful, you're not a burden. Your life matters, whatever it is will get better. I'm so glad you are here, and I want you to stay 💕

For the second habit: I'm not an expert, but I suspect it would also be healthy not to view them as failures, but rather learning curves. If you can identify something you could have done better, you have learned something you didn't know before. That alone has made you more competent.

It assures the person that there is a brighter future, while reassuring them that what happened was not necessarily in vein, but only part of the course. All Humans make mistakes. All Humans.

Sometimes not being around at all just feels like the best solution to everything.

Amanda's voice almost makes me feel an ASMR sensation.

Also on the topic: constantly feeling guilt over the past and/or feeling worried about the future won't change either. And more likely drive you to depression.

I try not to be on social media all the time. I try to give myself a time limit. Also my relationship with my sibling hasn't always been the best. It's mostly jealously of me. Because I have a disability so I was watched more. Not saying I got more of the love. It's just so hard this community has helped me so much. You have no idea

Deleting my Facebook account last year was the best decision I've ever made.

Also, I haven't had enough sleep for more than a decade now. It's always 4-6 hours of sleep every day. It's not even on the normal sleep hours...

That is why I'm not on social media as much anymore because I seen what it did to my mental health. Now since I've taken more breaks away from it, I been living more of my life in the moment and I'm much more happier

When I had social media, I remember not being satisfied with anything. I was in a negative mood and social media would raise my anxiety because of a lot of the things posted.

I started to post less on social media and would only check certain things but then I decided it's best to delete it altogether. I deleted my accounts last year and I have no regrets.

I'm in a better mood, I wake up with more energy and I'm more focused. I use my time more wisely and I have less stress and less anxiety. Life is better without social media.

The only time I would ever get back on it is if I had my own business. That is the only exception.

Sometimes we all forget or give up on our good habits I really love this channel, it's like a little reminder clock that tells you to go back to your good habits so you can feel better

Never exercising or at least not getting fresh air periodically can wreak havoc on your mental health. SO IMPORTANT to take time for yourself and put that phone on airplane mode for a bit and just be in the moment
