Seriously - thank you for this perfect little workout!! I recently injured myself and was on the brink of despairing because I can’t do anything workout wise I used to anymore, and a lot of seated workouts I tried just wouldn’t cut it for me, but this actually challenges me! Makes me so happy! And it has the perfect length too because I can never motivate myself for a full half hour vid (although I always end up doing much more in the end anyway😅😂) Anyway, you and your channel are a lifesaver!💛

OMG....I so needed this. I just started now and this will be my daily go to. I'm disabled with a knee osteoarthritis and a knee flexion contracture so I can't stand at all for any length of time. So this is a good start towards my weightloss journey and getting my body circulating again. It's been over 14+ yrs since I exercised due to my autoimmune condition.
