Today's stretch is intended to make your recovery speed up by allowing your body to relax into a slower longer stretch for your upper body. Use this stretch 3 more times throughout the week and comment to let me know how you feel!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. I did this in a giant fuzzy robe with a toddler interrupting like four times. But mmm this was good :)

OMG!!! This is my favorite Sydney Stretch so far! loved holding the stretches longer. That is why my body loves the Yin Yoga stretches. You can feel it working! So much better now that I have been incorperating structured stretching into my health plan for life!!!
