Please don’t ever stop making videos. I will literally follow you til the end of time. I’ve bought all your programs and only follow your programs. I was gaining muscle and looking real good…AND HAD ABS, and then I got pregnant 😂 I’m 30 yrs old and still go to the gym while pregnant. I’m naturally small I’m 5’2” 125 lbs. and trust me a lot of that weight is muscle. And I can’t wait to pop this baby out cause I’m gonna hit it hard at the gym and continue following you. Your videos are so soothing I listen to them while I stretch for my workouts

Really enjoyed the video. I've been going to the gym for 2 months, 3 times per week for an hour. Upper and lower split. You motivate me to keep going and to feed myself properly ❤

I really REALLY enjoy this series, im currently on a reverse diet but still I can relate to A LOT of what you say like this series is a combination of a lot of things, it motivates you in other aspects of your life not just fitness so please keep them coming (a what i eat in a day/week can be perfect too) sending you lots of love and support ❤
