YEP! got back to my size zero jeans with WALKING! Food was also a big factor but all things being equal the Walking changed everything.

i used to make fun of my mom for walking years ago. guess who got the last laugh? 😂😂 easier on the knees too. walking at an incline on a treadmill is another great way to build some muscle too.

I love jogging and don't want to give it up! I like doing it everyday sometimes 2 times a day for 10-20 minutes. Is there a way around it?

I love running!! I do walk 5 days a week 30 minutes during my lunch. I run 3-4 times a week with k my one day about 6-10 miles. Other than that I don’t run more than 2 miles. Is that ok? I don’t want to give up running because that’s my passion

I’m pretty sure jogging is fine as long as you’re not overdoing it. Go on walks for rest days

this makes no sense!
running burns more calories than walking… so if you’re fit enough… do your running. Clearly… losing fat has to be a sustainable program and goal.. so don’t overtrain!! but as long as you leep care pf not overtraining… running wins ok walking!!! always!!
