I break my fast with a leafy green salad full of avocado, Kalamata olives, cucumber, peppers, and walnuts, topped with nutritional yeast, balsamic vinegar and EVOO! I usually follow up with protein and more veggies afterwards. It’s so satisfying! 🤩
