I’m so happy I found these workouts! I have MS and my balance and fatigue are pretty bad some days. These workouts help so much.

Happy New Year Jessica! I just finished your one mile walk and talk AND your 30 minute dance party workout, to celebrate the new year! I just want to say thank you for being a big part of this 60 woman's goal to stay healthy. I am a active mother of 4 and grandmother of almost 11, and one of these days I will share my story with you. I was SO excited to read in one of your posts awhile ago that you were adding a baby to your family. Please share that joy with your fans/community if you feel so inclined. I for one am so happy for you! Thank you for being such a positive part of my life.

Wow, so glad I came across this workout this evening. I did The Apple Shape Workout this morning, but I was needing to get some steps completed for Fitbit (and for ME!) and heard about your new Walk n Talk while on Facebook. So here I am and it's Done! As for my motto this year: "Experiences over Things." Experiences, after all, are way more important than possessions! Peace and Blessings to you, Jessica!

My word is "love", for myself and then in general. And this marks one year of discovering this channel and getting into better shape at 40 than in my twenties! Looking forward to another year with Jessica and of course Peanut.

My focus for 2019 - reduce and sustain!

Reduce
-Lose those last 10 lbs that have crept up on me
-Single use plastic containers for soap, shampoo, laundry detergent

Sustain
-My workout routine
-Our environment by reducing the amount of plastic in my house

I love your channel! A friend told me about it, and I thought she must be exaggerating when she described how great it was. But I was wrong! The variety of styles, lengths, and emphases is amazing. A 15-minute walk during a chunk of free time is so much better than a 15-minute scroll through Facebook! Thanks for what you do. 🙂

I love the walk and talk videos! I get bored easily during exercise because I force myself to do something active because I sit at a desk all day. These videos make me focus on what you’re talking about and not “am I almost done?!” Plus I love Peanut! Thanks for helping me get off my ass!

I'm in, Happy New Year Jessica and Peanut, and my word is "unclutter" - unclutter my body of fat, unclutter my mind by doing yoga and meditation, unclutter my home and classroom, unclutter my food choices by getting back to basics or whole food choices.

I just completed this workout and loved it, but then I totally love all your Walk and Talk's. They are perfect for those times when you just need a little bit more exercise in your day. I absolutely will be doing your 28 day challenge and my word for 2019 is Consistency - which is something I've been lacking for awhile now. I start strong and then loose momentum only to start strong again a couple weeks later. I want to be consistent as I move forward in 2019. And Thank You so much for all these wonderful workouts!

This is exactly what I need to get back into my workout routine. 2 years ago your videos along with portion control and counting calories helped me lose 35 pounds. I’m looking forward to getting back to it and focusing on my health!

Jessica, Happy New Year! I've been working out with you for a year now and have to say you make me love my computer. I'm a retired fitness instructor, group ex director, dancer etc and you have made retirement so fun to keep moving. Truly love all your workouts and grateful for your expertise.
