Bonus tips that couldn't fit in the video:
- Nutrition and protein boost can also play a factor in XP gains, determined by the protein value in the food your character eats.
- Weights can be hard to find, but can be located in storage lockers, gyms or closets
-The more regularly you do an exercise the less fatigue you’ll get.
- Barbell Curl - Provides 7.2 strength XP per barbell curl.
- Dumbbell presses -Provides 7.2 strength XP per dumbbell press
- Bicep curls -Provides 7.2 strength XP per bicep curl.

Quick and to the point? Amazing video, I thought there would be easier ways to exercise but it seem like there isn’t, I’ve been exercising for an in-game month and I’m barely half way through lmao

I was expecting morre info... like how much stamina requires each repetition, how much fatigue it gives each exercise, how many repetitions you make from each exercise for a certain amount of time .

Is it possible to exercise in b39? I'm using it cause I'm kinda broke but nobody mentions anything about what version it was added in
