Do you pee when you cough? It's time to strength your pelvic floor!

Do this exercise 20 times a day, if your Kegels are fatiguing take breaks as needed.

So what is a Kegel? A Kegel is a type of exercise that involves contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are responsible for supporting the bladder, uterus, and rectum, and are important for bladder and bowel control, sexual function, and childbirth. Kegel exercises were originally developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel to help women improve their pelvic floor strength and prevent urinary incontinence. Today, Kegel exercises are recommended for both men and women to improve pelvic floor health and improve overall quality of life.

Is it also good if your pelvic floor muscles are already strong enough, but is a bit too tight and need to be relaxed and not contracted? Thanks

This fight served as a fantastic temporary solution to Guru's chronic constipation problems, ; he was able to sleep virtually bloatfree that morning.

After holding for 5 seconds, how long do you release for before doing the next rep

Isn't a kegal something you do internally? So, are you trying to instruct to do an internal kegal while squeezing the ball? If so, you didn't say that. This teaches that squeezing the ball is a kegal .. ??

Does this also work for leaking feces? My neighbor has a problem with leaking feces and it’s getting so bad we might have to ban her from our weekly scrabble night. I hope these exercises with help her feces. Thank goodness for your videos

I have a question about kegels! I had bought a kegel machine (the one that does the contractions for you) two months ago and just found out I am pregnant. Am I able to continue using the machine?

I struggle so much with making the time and having the mental focus to kegel on my own. My pt said I can perform them correctly and have a strong kegel, I can even hold for 10-20 seconds. I do struggle to make the time.

Guys.. I'm just 20 and virgin.. But I have noticed that the tube through which we women pee through is sticking out.. Sometimes because of that I cant control my pee. When I goggled, it says urethral prolapse.. Do you guys have any idea about what it is.. Will this affect pregnancy in the future?? 😭😭

I know many trainers tell you this but this isn't helpful at all for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, this exercise is basically targeted for the thigh muscles, so want to do kegels targeted specifically for the pelvic floor muscles, the correct effective way would be to lie in this same postion on the floor and then squeeze your pelvic muscles, (it will feel like your stopping your pee and your anus will tighten also) then after this move, pull up the muscles like a vaccum sucking it up, hold this position for a few seconds then release back slowly. Do this atleast 30 times a day, like 10 sets 3 times a day, and u will definitely feel the difference yourself thank me later. I learnt this after struggling with this issue myself also

Do you perform a kegel while squeezing the ball? Or does squeezing the ball activate the kegel??
