This is a complete deltoid workout. We're going to work the front delts, side delts, and rear delts for a complete shoulder muscle pump.

The unique thing about this workout is all of the exercises are super strict, we are using moves that don't allow for much body momentum or cheating, this will really isolate each head of the deltoids.

Seated Shoulder Front Press + Seated Shoulder Rear Press
3 sets of 10 reps

Incline Bench Side Dumbbell Raises
3 sets of 10-15 reps

Incline Bench Rear Delt Dumbbell Raises
3 sets of 10-15 reps

Incline Bench Front Dumbbell Raises
3 sets of 10-15 reps

Reverse Pec Deck Flys
3 sets of 15 reps

Tried this out with a few adjustments yesterday-awesome. The press superset and the decline bench delt exercises in particular are something else-pumped and burned at the end!!!!

Great workout, nice emphasis on strict form. Today's my shoulder day, I'll throw in some of these though I do most already. And Patricia has great energy, she needs more camera time! lol

Just completed 5 weeks of the 6x6 routine workout and saw some nice results. Now onto this but it's going to be difficult to do in the circuit format because my gym gets way crowded.

I'm three months post rotater surgery. I'm coming along nicely through stretches and light cable work. Any other recommended exercises? These look good on a light weight. Thx!
