It's a shame most Dr s don't know this and prescribe cancer treatment patients magnesium oxide, which gives them diarrhea, then prescribe an anti diarrhea medicine 😮

Magnesium Oxide taken in high dosages works best for me.

I was taking that form of magnesium in my late 40's. At age 50 I needed a colonoscopy because I had daily, constant diarrhea. That went on for the next 10 years till I came across a medical article from the Mayo Clinic. I promptly changed the Magnesium to Bisglycinate and the 5, 6, 7 bouts of diarrhea daily was gone in about a month
