I had my first anxiety attack when I had to make the decision to turn off my mom's life support, and it was so scary I didn't have control of my body. Losing your parents at any age is devastating, I can't even imagine being a child and having that happen. My heart goes out to her.

I remember I had a rough anxiety attack it was so bad that I had to have 911 come and the EMTs were so nice and professional and understanding, I have nothing bad to say at all, sometimes we need a hug from a stranger to feel better.
