I can’t imagine how it must feel responding to someone so sick that you know they won’t make it back from the hospital, how she said basically you know you’re taking them there to die. So glad he made a recovery. Mad respect to all healthcare workers.

I LOVE the paramedic lady that was staying positive and kept on working rather than quitting. Well done

This made me want to cry lol I just lost my uncle to covid. Someone came to his work saying “they just had allergies” and had no mask on. They infected 5 people and my uncle got it the worst and ultimately it cost him his life. So please people wear your masks not just to protect you but to protect the people around you. And if you are showing symptoms get tested! It doesn’t cost anything!! It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Man, we had so many staff members quit mid December. Our ER was so full, nurse ratio was 1 for 12 patients. Props to those who stuck it through! Dark depressing times.

They are truly heroic for helping others while risking their own health. That guy was on the hospital for two weeks after that! Amazing what covid does to people, and glad he made it through.

I had Covid in late November and ended up requiring an ambulance. My husband warned 911 when he called that we were both covid positive so the EMTs could take precautions.
Ended up spending 11 days on a ventilator with double lungs viral and fungal pneumonia, sepsis, PE, 3 DVTs and ARDS. Still not back to normal but thankful for those EMTs that came to get me, knowing that I was covid positive. They had to remove my mask in the ambulance to administer oxygen since I was down to 76%.
