I started working out a year ago, because I started reading a concept of psychology, "the Jungian shadow", that are all the parts of ourselves that we don’t integrate. Thank you so much for all this free content! I'm definitely seeing results from doing 4 rounds of your back workout routine one day followed by a full bicep workout, then 4 rounds of your full leg workout the second day, and 3 rounds of your chest and triceps workout the third day, each workout followed by 3 rounds of your 7 minute cardio routine and then your full 20 minute abs workout and finally finishing it off with yoga. I feel so good and am losing fat while building muscle. I'm so grateful to have found your channel and hope to one day be strong enough for calisthenics training. You're a huge inspiration.

Chris has been such an inspiration!

I think I speak for many here when I say gyms are overrated. One of the silver linings to Covid was reimagining how we can do things ourselves and don't need a fancy gym to look and feel good 👍

Today was the first time I felt my chest working after 4 months of strength training, and holy moly my tricep stopped working for the last workout, it was on fire! And my chest was too! Thank you so much for the workout Chris, this helped a lot!

Love following your workouts, im 44 and trained most my life. Over 22 years.
I’ve always tired to mix it up as best I can but always find myself falling into the same routine or exercises. So I swap from bodybuilding to body weight. Keep it different
