I cheated and did this a day early (Thanksgiving tomorrow) and all I can say is SERIOUSLY PJ?! Holy crap my triceps are completely toast! I may not be able to lift a fork tomorrow to enjoy that turkey! But it's thanks to you that my triceps are now strong and defined, so I still love ya, even if you are trying to make my arms fall off ;)
