What I liked: nice workout routine, where many muscle groups get activated
What I would change: put a chime or sth at the end of each 30 or 45 sec part! This way you don't have to watch the screen the whole time

it had been a while since i last worked out. i could not do many of these flawlessly. but i made it through. and i will do this every day until i sit up afterwards saying, you did it just like she did. thank you, for motivating me

I'm 62 years old, I'm learning your exercise, so that I can change my body, I want a little muscle, or firm my arms and have a good thighs, bigger and strong legs .

Perfect workout for beginners. Intense but not insane. I'm doing one round six days a week for a month now. It's getting easier but still challenging.

This workout got me back into exercising my body, for few years I wasn't eating healthy and I hated gym subscription. Now I do this sometimes a week and really helps! Do you suggest doing two rounds a day or is it better to stick to one?

This workout is great :) Was really bummed this morning it was raining so much so I couldn't take my dog out for our morning trail run, and I stumbled upon this!
