What is your morning routine? Is there something in there that involves taking care of your health and getting fit? If you want, and need, to have a fitter and slimmer body, there's nothing more effective and fulfilling than a morning workout routine!

Today's moring workout session is even better because this is a 30-day challenge which means that you have to exercise every morning for one month. I say that's even better because I know a lot of you loves to be challenged and enjoys our workout challenges so I'm pretty sure you're going to get the best out of this amazing workout!

In order to really see the effects of the workout, you need to do this everyday without skipping a day. That way, when the 30 day ends and you see the significant changes in your body, you'll know it's all because you trained hard without giving up!

I am 14 year old now
My height is 5.1 and weight 64 😗


I already loosed 15 kg in 1 month with diet only🙂

But I am so tired and ill after this unhealthy keto😥

So my doctor tell me so much and tell me to do exercise🙄



That's why I comes on YouTube
I see so much channel's videos but I don't see result from any one😣


But from last week I following this exercise and 1500 calories food

You can't believe but I have loose 5 kg in just 1 week😃

Can I make a request for you to do some other varieties of excercises or exercises (calf, bicep, ab, quad, tricep) because I love your style of videos since they're really easy to follow along with? (I also couldn't find any good videos to follow along for those muscles, so I'd figure I might ask even if my comment might get lost in the comment section and you'll never read it). I've been using your other videos to help with weight loss and it's working out so well for me. I've been working really hard to workout and exercise more to become more active and healthy.

Will be updating everyday and see if there's any changes. I am currently on a low carb diet and exercising is a bit hard because of winter. So we will see.

Day 1: done. Feeling gooood...
