The germans have a saying. "If you try something seven times, you'll start to like it."

I’ve never been to Germany, but when I was a kid, my dad used to eat raw ground beef sandwiches with onion. Once in awhile I would eat them with him.

I'm from Poland and I don't know how, but somehow I just HAVE TO eat this once in a while. It's mildly addictive.

Disclaimer: Don't just use any raw minced meat to make it yourself, please-
It is tasty, but it is especially prepeared to be eaten raw other then regular minced meat in the store.

It's the same as Malsa in Lebanon. Onions, spices, and mint over it. Also the Kibbé Nayyé (raw kibbé) it has bulgur added and olive oil.

Everybody is scared at first, then it's addictive.

The fact that he spent 9 YEARS convincing his friend to try it 😂

I've seen so many westerners feeling grossed by an idea of eating a raw meat while they casually go out to eat sushis sometimes.

In Texas we have Parisa which is cured meat with additional ingredients such as garlic, peppers, cheese, onions, and spices. It comes from Alsatian culture. And it’s really good.

It’s literally the first thing I get when I go back to Germany. With or without onions it doesn’t really matter but onions are preferred.
