Depends on where you work! I work at Deutches Post as a delivery driver, and in my station, every morning there is chitchat and plenty of humor

As an American, I am amazed at how much time we often waste in the workplace.
In my experience, we still get a lot done in that time. But, I feel we could be so much more efficient and productive if we had a more focused culture like is portrayed in this short.

At work, be efficient and productive. Be laser focused.
Off work, don't think about work. Enjoy the rest of your life as you please.

This is true.. In India i could never have imagined to hit the gym at 7 PM When mu supervisor was expecting me to be on a call at even 9 PM. Work culture is straight forward here.. which is good in so many sense
