We should get you into the business of doing vid calls with people acting as their uncle when they go to lease a car. With covid going on it wouldn't be so strange... I would definitely pay around a 100 bucks for a vid call.. lol you seem like a no nonsense type of guy who is polite.. lol I'm serious about the call too. I can be the guinea pig.

SUPER informative and helpful. I'm considering leasing a car for the first time. Now, I'll be armed with some "intelligent questions" to ask about the lease t&c's! Thank you! Gene

Here's the issue that I've been running into with offers:

Everyone is marking up the vehicles by about $10k and it adds another $200-$300/mo to the payment. They say the reason is that there is a lack of supply due to the microchip shortage. These lease offers in June of 2021 are advertising a price that is MUCH lower than what it actually comes out to be.

someone came off the highway and total my parked car. I was so stressed out when I found out that there is no new cars out there due to the chip shortage, and if there is, it is between 2.5k to 5k over msrp. THANKS for the VAA website, now I know I can fine another car. YOU ARE THE

Very good information, I lease every 3 years and I can see where I will improve on my negotiating next year when my lease is up. Great video.

I trade every 2 yr. and put on 5, 000 miles per year. the dealer convinced me to lease. I was a virgin on leasing. I now have 1 yr. left (2 yr lease) to decide to purchase or lease a new model. My last 3 cars have been Cadillacs. During summer I drive my corvette thus less miles on cadillac. I hope you will do a you tube on my situation. I now know more than I did 15 min. ago. Thank you Rick

It's a lovely father that calls his son "honey". And a lovely son who has a full grin in response!

Generally cheaper to lease a car in the long run, especially if you want a new car every few years.
Also, the markup on the money factor is often limited, especially on manufacturer supported leases

"Collects, Compiles and Centralizes" all the best manufacturer incentives!

Although I don't plan to lease I may rethink. Got some education today.

You guys rock! I just subscribed and already used your website to get more info and an offer price. Thank you for your help! I will share and use it again when I go to buy. Amazing!

I calculated the lease charge to be $2, 275 and the money factor to be 0.001528 based on the available information. That would be approximately 3.67 APR. Not bad. I wonder what the buy rate is for the money factor.

Can you do a show on luxury vehicle leases?? Is it possible to get great deals? including perks like free maintenance, car washes etc.
I'm pacifically interested in the Range Rover sports.
