I always feel so incredibly bad for all of the people I have harmed because of my past self, but I've grown to accept that my actions are redeemable but I still have to do A LOT of self reflection and destroy my bad habits and gain more motivation to do more fun stuff instead of just sitting on my bed all day waiting for something cool to happen. I want to be better and be more mature and ya'll have helped with that, Thank you so much

I believe that this channel is genuinely helping out a lot of people, and I do mean it.
It's not because we're hearing things we want to hear, it's that the advice is actually sound and applicable. I can tell you guys are generally trying to help others.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that thank you psych2go team. I really love your channel. I've been a fan since around 3-4 years ago. You guys had helped me to become a better person. I came from an unsupportive and neglectful family and was bullied for years when I came across your channel. After those 3-4 years of trying self-love and self-care, even without therapy, I can confidently say that my mental health is soooo much better. I stopped thinking about suicidal thoughts since a year ago! : D I became a person who started looking forward to what the day might bring and started pursuing my childhood dream. At daycare, I was a bully but I went to a therapist and I became empathic, then this Spring I was starting to lose control of my anger but thanks to you, I can handle my situations now, thank you💙

And about the number 4, I was depressed and looking at the roof on my bed thinking about my future and I was stressed then because of school, not just subjects but the students. Some bullied, some of my friends didn't even notice I was there and I was walking alone at break time, but then I remembered my meaning of life: Making others happy. So I did this for a week and next week, I was surrounded by my friends and they talked to me and listened to me. Always remember to be yourself, that's what your friends like about you
