Great butt and thighs. I started squatting again following hip surgery and it’s been a huge help. I go slower than you and try to focus on form and to be sure to push from my heels instead of the balls of my feet. I really like the way you mixed up the exercises too I will try that starting this evening. Thanks for a very good video
