Ready for an A$$ kicking challenge...this squat challenge home workout is super effective. It's a quick fit fun home workout built out of 100 reps=AKA repeating squat exercise cycles.

This is an intense and effective video that will help you shape your legs and tone your butt.
The squat exercise routine is by far one of the classics- one of the most effective home workouts that can be done easily from anywhere and pretty much effect tremendously all your core and out lower body muscles and climbs up to the abs, waistline, lower back and even chest and upper back. It is especially effective when repeated in variations 🔥🔥🔥

This challenge consists of 10 cycles of 10 powerful squat exercises.
This exercise will help you focus on shaping your figure, tone your thighs, legs, curve your butt and waist, and boost your fitness. I've been doing this squat challenge for many years now in my personal routine and with my trainees and can say that it is super fun and rewarding workout!

If you want to see results and focus on this area of the legs, thighs, and butt, strengthen and tone them, then I recommend warmly to follow this challenge:

1. 💪 Stick to this routine for 1 week. Try your best to keep up with the exercises and the workout routine. If you feel that it is too intensive, then feel free to have a rest, recuperate and continue the routine when you can. It's all cool, you should build up your fitness and endurance step by step!

2. 💪 After a week you will already feel and see results, you will feel those muscles well and will know that the work is setting in and giving preliminary results. Thi sis a fun and important stage. If you reach this then don't stop or give up. Continue to dd this routine for another 7-14 days together with following full-body, abs, cores workout routines in my channel, or see the recommended workout routines in the links below.

**After you have complete the 21-day challenge you will understand what the excitement is all about. You will feel satisfied and will want to continue to daily workout programs and routines- step up the difficulty of the exercises- choosing longer, active, and challenging workouts that you can find on my channel!

In the end, I truly believe that it is all about enjoying the workout as you are putting in the work. Being persistent will bring the quality of life and well-being that you are searching for.
In addition, these exercises will also improve your movement, balance, flexibility, and shape your body in an effective way.
