I've got to say, I learned a lot about burned calories. I've kept myself to 1500 calories a day and working out at fitness center at work. I walk an average of 3 miles a day. I've been restricting my caloric intake too greatly. Thank you for the numbers!

Dr Mike - I have been subscribed to you for as long as I can remember. Since the days of training in the UK and going to university in Russia.
