Don't take any Pre-workout ...Just grow naturally eating well and healthy it is best to increase your stamina without any pre work out powder. It takes time but if you maintain your consistency at gym and proper diet at home you will progress well. Highly suggest intermittent fasting. The best for overall body.

Agreed on the protein thing, people say you have to eat 2g/kg, bro if a 140kg person has to have 280gms protein, it alone goes up to 280*4 = 1100 cals of pure protein, and that cannot happen alone because you cannot nitpick protein, you also get fats n carbs along, so the diet including 2g/kg protein easily goes to 3k cals a day and burning that much or being in a deficit won't work as one person eating 3k cals while they aren't even able to absorb all that protein because they simply don't work as hard as pro body builders who can easily digest and absorb that much protein not a 140kg obese person
