I don't get why people make fun of the guy. Dude is committed to the healthy bit so hard. It's an interesting experiment, I wonder how long he can keep it up and how much it affects him in the long run.

Actual respect to him for not only being the subject of his own experiment, but also sharing the research and the results for free.

I changed my life by talking good suppliments and I walk as well.
I use 10 and 20 lbs weights just to keep my 62 yr old body from having alot of losse skin.

You can over spend on suppliments so do your homework.
I take nmn and resveratrol also 1000mg vitamin c time release. I also allow for days of alternate suppliments as in I just stop everything fast and walk.
People look into gut suppliments a large part of us are suffering from gut related issues it's no joke most of my inflammation is neutralized buy the right suppliments and exercise. If you want to live longer and better this works for me!
Thanks for the channel and your documentary on this rich dude. It was actually a very honest look at anti aging.

People seem to be looking at this from a shallow perspective thinking it's all about his appearance, but it's also making his organs younger which is absolutely amazing and could help prevent many health problems that come with age. So it's pretty disappointing to see many people in the comments being nihilistic saying that we'll all die; and yes, that is true, but it is undeniably better to get old while being as healthy as you can than reaching the same age but having a lot of issues.

Just a small correction here. He doesn't spend $2 mill EACH year to "stay" young. He invested $2 mill into research to create a lifestyle plan that helps with lowering the human age based on age indicating "biomarkers".

I already did change my diet for better health. Started eating all the things 'they' say is bad for your health. Reversd my diabetes. Doc said I no longer have a diagnoses of diabetes. All I did was stop eating carbohydrates. Increased my lifespan by way more than three years!

The excercise, good sleep, extra virgin olive oil and nutty pudding every day, having meals prepared. Those are the most important things. Supplementation doesn't have to mean taking everything, but supplements, especially in pill form, pre measured, are quite expensive.

Also, reduce your stress and straighten out your back by stretching in a doorway. Put your hands out on the doorframe and stretch in a way that feels good. It eliminates a bad back.

I heard he also does blood transfusion from his son. I appreciate all the free knowledge, but he definitely takes it to the extreme.

If you start with a terrible diet and lifestyle, any major changes in a beneficial way would likely result in the same outcome. If you stop smoking, go from 5mins to 60 mins of activity a day, get enough sleep, remove ultra-processed foods, and reduce/manage stress, the main differences would be $ spent, and the ability to sustain the new lifestyle in the long term.

When I was 18 I couldn’t even skate half as good as I can now, definitely didn’t have the great friends I do now and hated everything. I’m perfectly happy with the now!!
