I just wanted to let you know that because of your videos, I was able to get the confidence I needed to get not one, but two offers after being unemployed for a few months! I have never negotiated my salary before but was confident enough to do it and got everything I wanted. Pairing these videos with patience and a lot of trial and error got me my dream job. Thank you again!

My biggest problem with these questions is thinking fast, over the whole course of my life, to remember a time when the specific odd thing they want to know about actually happened. Like, tell me about a time when there was a policy you didn't agree with and what you did about it. Well that sure doesn't happen every day. It isn't even easy to remember a time when that happened. I am not worried about telling the story; I am worried about thinking too long and hard while the interviewer watches me squirm.

Hey there! So to be honest I literally have never commented on a YouTube video, but I just had to this time because I GOT THE JOB!!! It’s with a Fortune 500 company that I honestly had bo business applying for in the first place (lol) but because of your videos not only did I get the job (after 3 intense interviews, the last one being a panel) but the hiring team put a rush on my offer letter because they said they were “extremely impressed”!!! Let me reiterate the fact that I had literally no business applying for this role. I’ve only worked retail and this is a huge amazing company and it’s more than double my salary. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

They should do away with this method. It only works for two types of people, those who memorize well or actors. Authentic ppl don’t have scenarios that fit into a cookie-cutter format of questions!

I feel like this interview method is strictly for the interviewers entertainment. Why do we have to suffer through this embarrassment just because we want a job. 😩

I just had my first virtual interview with one of the biggest innovation companies in the world. Your videos prepared me for my storytelling and giving answers that would get the interviewer nodding. I did jumble my words a bit since I had a very bad panel interview a year ago that still gets me nervous at times, but I’m working to move on from that experience.

I was in the process of trying to get hired to the federal government sector. To date, I hadn’t had an interview as serious as this one. I was nervous but I watched many of your videos, like this one. During my virtual interview, they asked all performance base questions. By making the story toolbox, I was more than prepared & very confident. Thank you for your advice! I interviewed 01/14 & as of yesterday I received my firm offer for the position I wanted.

This method - which I discovered on this channel literally saved my whole interview!
I had an interview the other day with the NHS and subscribed to another channel and even bought their interview guide in preparation.
It provided lots of in depth questions that apparently I was "guaranteed" to be asked. And guess what? Not ONE of them was asked. All that studying and preparation wasted.
However, thankfully I discovered this channel and binge watched all of Madelines fantastic videos. I used all of the information and it completely saved the day. So thank you so much.

Hey Madeline! Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your videos. Landed a job on my second interview. I havent had an interview for a job since 2013!! When she called me she said my intervoew was amazing and they called me 3 hrs after it so they must have made a pretty quick decision because she said in the interview they would call in the next few days as they had more people to interview that day!! I couldnt have done it without your help!! THANK YOUUU!

I work for one of the large tech firm you would know, and we strictly use behavior based interview questions. We also use the STAR method when grading the candidates answer. If you master the STAR method you will ace any behavior based interview.

Maddie I just got my first employed I got the interview as a recommendation by friend, so skipped the ATS.

All of your videos I watched, notes I jotted for CV, cover letter and interview are all worth it as I've used ALL of your advice in the interview! Confident, enaging, enthusiastic, humble, quick response and keep saying the right things — the interviewer employed me before I even left the office.

There was NO JOB DESCRIPTION but I thought what keywords would you strategically use, and the type of people they would be looking for and quickly typed CV and cover letter within 1 day. Asked my partner to pretend to be the interviewee to practice.

Can't thank you enough. Please continue helping job seekers and graduates with your EXCEPTIONAL talent!
