This is vital insight...my suggestion for branding is Approach ( management style) Listen ( process) Collaborate ( outcome) ALC short for Alchemy... it isn't verbatim but it captures the methodology. Thank you for sharing! This is a great addition to the "job interview mastery" workshop. Your perspective is definitely eye-opening. Besides STAR technique, I also heard of CARL (context, action, result, learning), which is very similar to the STAR.
I also noticed people gave some suggestions for PPO. So, I thought I would give my two cents too.
So, PPO can
PRO - Philosophy, Routine, Outcome (Be the pro, follow PRO!)
PET - Philosophy, Evolution, Termination (PET that interview! lol) Not sure about the "termination" tho.
ACE - Attitude, Course/Cycle, Ending (ACE that interview!)
IDEA - Ideology, Development, Ending, Aftermath(bonus)
I found this channel about a month ago, so I thought about the things I learned
here is the A.N.D.Y technique, aka the secret of success.
A - have the right ATTITUDE
N - find your NICHE
D - DREAM big
