Here is a Quick 7 min AB workout that will get you those beautiful 11 line abs!

Remember, HEALTH IS HOT. So be proud of yourself for taking the time to live a healthier lifestyle. Taking care of your body is essentially taking care and loving yourself. Working out right now may seem pointless, but with time, next thing you know, your body is beautifully toned, stronger and healthier. if you’re feeling guilty for taking a break, or not being able to do all the exercises here, remember that at least you are trying! that proves that you have a healthy mindset, and with a healthy mindset you will reach your goals faster and easier in no time :) so dont give up, and keep going!

okay!!! so i did it for 5 days continuously and it pained like hell in first 3 days and slightly the pain decreases...its really effective my tummy looks a little bit flatter ..anyways will continue it and will keep updating u guys!! like this so I can remember 🧡love love

so here it is!! i am doing this exercise since day 1 ..my abs are burning out..since i didn't do major changes in my diet so maybe it will take more time for me to achieve the results..i still feel pain..though its all worth it ..hope to get the result faster..stay tuned and motivate me..love love babies🤭🤭❤❤

ok so this exercise is definitely worth it...but I had done this exercise without making any changes to my diet..so if one eat healthy may achieve results faster....

Day 1 :
Took FOREVER to Definitely felt the burn, probably going to be sore tomorrow, but it feels good to actually do a workout for once!
I’ll update tomorrow!
Day 2:
Felt the burn a lot, still going strong tho 💪
Day 3:
OWWWW
Hurt, but I’m seeing a difference already!!
Day 4:
Took a break, but going strong!!
Day 5:
The workout is Easier now! I’m so happy with the results I’m seeing!!
Day6:
It’s CHRISTMAS DAY!!! So I did it twice in the morning then ate all day😅 Merry Christmas btw!


So…I forgot to update for a few weeks, but I can say that after three weeks my stomach is basically flat!so I definitely recommend this workout!!
It will take a while, but I promise you’ll see results!!

Day 1 (15/03)- Longest 7 minutes of my life.
Day 2 (16/03)- Him: What sounds better than I love you?
Me: Gloria saying "And that's it."
Day 3 (17/03)- Feels so amazing. And I feel that I have gained a control over my abdominals.
Day 4 (31/03)- Back at it after two weeks. Feels so hard.
Day 5 (19/04/22)- Took a 10 sec break and came back after almost 3 weeks. My break definitely lasted for more than 10 sec.

day 1: I did it! to be honest, it didn’t hurt as much as I imagined, because I had already done the intense abs on the same day so... but I’m dying to see the results!

Day 1:Did it!
Day 2:Done! I can sorta see a line down my stomach now!

I'm doing this workout for 30 days

I weight 54 kilo grams (120 pounds)

Day 1: It was hard, but worth it!
Day 2: i didn't see the changes right away, but i felt my stomach burned.
Day 3 I have a very bloated stomach and it's hard to make my stomach flat, but this workout made my stomach flater. But i'm not done!
Day 4 it was hard, had cramps in my stomach. means it woks. right?
Day 5 It was not as hard this time actually
Day 6 my stomach is actually geting more flat.
Day 7 I CAN SE ONE LINE
Day 8 My stomach hurts so bad
Day 9 My stomach is geting way flater
Day 10 It burnnns
Day 11 Only 19 days more, i hope i get abs!
Day 12 I have celluite on my stomach and that makes me insicure but my stomach is very flat now!
Day 13 It burns and my stomach is changing slowly!
Day 14 i took a break
Day 15 i could see that my tummy got flatter
Day 16 I see the abss
Day 17 It was actually very easy this time
Day 18 I'm so tired but i'm almost done
day 19 My cellulite got slowly away to!
day 20 took a break
Day 21 My bloated stomach is no longer there
Day 22 My hip dips is fading
Day 23 I had 2 hours PE today so my stomach hurted exrta when i did it
Day 24 Just 6 days again! And my stomach has goten much flatter!
Day 27 I'm just going to jump over some dates because then it's more easy to see the diffrence!

DAY1: ✅ definitely felt the heat im gonna try this workout for aslong as I can along with some other workouts my dieting at the moment hasnt been good but i will update you guys with that on the way :)

Going to do this workout for 2 weeks straight and I’ll try and keep you all updated.
Starting weight: 50.2kg
(don’t actually expect to loose weight, I expect to gain some muscle actually while getting a flat stomach!)

Day 1: ✅ it was definitely very intense but managed to get through it without stopping, really felt the burn!

Day 2: ✅

Day 3: ❌ didn’t complete due to a busy day and we weren’t home till the next morning

Day 4: ✅

Day 5: ✅ actually felt harder than yesterday for some reason, possibly just pushed myself more, but felt great!!

Day 6: ✅ think I see a little difference in my stomach, not a lot tho

Day 7: ✅

Day 8: ✅ honestly not sure how much it’s helping now but I’ll continue

Omg thank you so so much Gloria 💗 actually I gain weight these day and even didn't do my workout cuz of my exam . So, I decided to redo my workout routine and now I saw your 11 abs workout🥳 I have been finding this type of workout for so long and I'll try it tomorrow.
