This grandmom doesn't have any bat or chicken wings. I did the workout with 2 5lb dumbbells. What I do need help with, is the tummy area. At 64, I need help in that department. More stomach workouts please. Thank you, wonderful Paul. Shalom, my friend! ❤❤
