Yes Dylan! You are so correct on the customer service. I send 3 messages to my buyers throughout the process. And I use "we" to make them think we a full running business not an "individual" owned business inexperienced. I have so many reviews talking about how great my customer service is and keeping them updated on their order.

I am feeling confused as last night I watched a video where you stated clearly to use "I" as this is a strong reason why people purchase, to support the small business. So you suggested making it personal ect, , , And now I watch this and am told the direct opposite. Does it pertain to different approaches maybe? As in, if I have a brand with a strong brand vision, voice, product line to talk in terms of "we"? Could you please briefly clarify?

When you mentioned 4-7 years span I realized that it was the mistake I've made. I started my print-on-demand business with the idea of making passive income and having more time for my other ideas and other businesses, and now I see that Etsy will not allow me to do so because it's a full-time business on its own. I'm frustrated that Etsy coaches sell this idea of passive income and show how fast and easily they make money selling digital products and POD products😢

Customer service is about giving customers what they want, keeping them informed about their order and fulfilling said order. When you also send 4 to 10 emails daily with sales pitches that's harassment and indicative of desperation, a big turn off and I never ever do business with any company that uses those tactics

I do not fulfill or ship orders by myself, my office is just my table in the living room, so basically nothing I can show to potential customers.
