Most common questions I get ...
1) "Doc, what BLOOD KETONE METER do you recommend?"
It's accurate and takes only ONE test-strip to get results. YES!!
2) "Doc, what can I have while fasting?"
    Salt + water are best.
Black coffee - I prefer cold brew coffee.
    Fasting tea Pique Teas:

My mom was diagnosed a month ago with cancer. She’s 83 and the oncologist told her to get her affairs in order. She wouldn’t have more that 6 months to a year. As soon as I got her home from the hospital I told her everything she was eating so was I. We’ve gone completely organic and are doing protein, healthy fats and lots of leafy green vegetables. We’ve also started a treatment called a Hocatt. It’s infrared sauna and ozone and a few other modalities. She will also be starting high dose vitamin C infusion and is taking lots of turmeric and ginger. With God’s blessing she will be here for at least 6 more years. For everyone battling cancer, I pray you find a way to beat it.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and doctor said it has spread. I chnged my diet & started taking turkey tail & Reishi Supplements along with Black seed oil & make aloe vera shake with only water. Plenty of research that theses Supplements are very beneficial when having cancer
In two months the size of the tumor has reduced. I pray healing for everyone not only with cancer but any illnes or bondages
In Jesus name.

And cancer does not die easy. Weeks of vomiting and pain, then big improvements in stages until three years later I am completely symptom-free and have never been in better health at age 65 -- and I'm still doing keto! Thanks, Dr. Boz.

Very informative video. However, most doctors will not even tell a cancer patient not to eat sugar because it is not part of the protocol. They should at least be honest and say we cannot tell you not to eat sugar because we would all loose money and the pharmaceutical industry will not allow that.

Thomas Seyfried also claims that cancers are completely natural mitochondrial process of reverting to fermentation, have not much to do with genetics or cell nucleus, and are worsened simply by the abundance of the high-carb and artificial modern foods.

I have stage 4. I started about 9 months ago a keto/carnivore diet. I have another CT in 3 weeks. Last one 6 months ago showed a .5 cm loss in the largest tumor. I am hoping this one will be also good. My doc said last time was a error in reading. I found a medical center near me that has a Hyperbaric chamber. I may be able to get that also. One day at a time. My ketones has been pretty good now for the last couple months.

Excellent presentation thank you. The only part I disagree with is the obligatory "talk to your doctor, " as if your doctor is going to be knowledgeable about this.

I know you said multiple times to not do this alone, but what if your oncologist knows less about this than you do? He told me he supports whatever I want to do with my diet, but actually said sugar doesn’t feed cancer. So I got your book, and I put the Keto Mojo meter and strips on my wish list. And I’m devouring these talks with you and Dr Seyfried and darn it I’m going to starve my cancer!

This is really good doctor because you're telling the details that Dr Seifried and others talk about but have not really explained in detail like this. This is fantastic.

08:07 🍬 *Glucose Metabolism in Healthy Cells*
- A detailed explanation of how glucose is metabolized in healthy cells, emphasizing efficient energy production through mitochondria.
11:11 🍬 *Glucose Metabolism in Cancer Cells*
- Dr. Bosworth describes how glucose metabolism in cancer cells is wasteful, leading to lactic acid production.
- Cancer cells rely heavily on glycolysis and inefficiently use glucose for energy.
14:23 💨 *Oxygen and Cellular Respiration*
- The importance of oxygen in cellular respiration for healthy cells is explained.
- Healthy cells utilize oxygen efficiently to produce energy through oxidative phosphorylation.
16:48 💨 *Oxygen in Cancer Cells*
- Dr. Bosworth discusses how cancer cells dislike oxygen and use less efficient fermentation to produce energy in the absence of oxygen.
18:31 🥖 *Fermentable Fuels for Cancer Cells*
- The concept of fermentable fuels, such as glucose and glutamine, sustaining cancer cells is introduced.
- These fuels are crucial for cancer cell survival.

100% MIND BLOWING. How is it modern science has missed this for so long? Even if it doesn't cure every time, it surely extends life in every case.

Thank you Dr. Bosworth. This is the best explanation I have come across about ketogenic diet vs cancer and especially how it works at the cellular/chemistry level. I think we should start teaching this in high school. We need to equip the next generation with this knowledge early. That will be the best and the most inexpensive preventive care. That can improve the state of health of our country big time!

One note: Glucose is converted to pyruvate in the cytoplasm, not the mitochondrion. Low oxygen in the cytoplasm means that glycolysis results in the formation of lactic acid (fermentation) instead of pyruvic acid. It is reversible when and if enough oxygen becomes available.

Once again another very informative video Dr. Boz 👌

I barely passed science and biology 😕, so I have to watch video a couple times to fully get it 😒😥🤦 but the illustrations are very helpful 👍

Keto/ lchf + IF through breast CA in 2018. In 2017, I failed my colonoscopy screening: 7 nodes removed. 5 of which were precancerous. Diet: homemade whole wheat bread, 3-5 servings of veg + 2 fruits and 5-7 oz lean protein daily. Started keto in ‘18. Surgery, chemo & PEs behind me…repeat colonoscopy was clear. Not even a zit on my butt. (TMI 😵‍💫) Now I’m in a tumorogenic CA study & and I’m trying to get them to embrace the idea of a link between tumorogenic CA & elevated insulin + CA loves sugar. I show them by being n=1 bec no one listens.
