One thing my councillor taught me to relax my anxiety is the box breathing

How to do the box breathing:
Imagine a 2D box then inhale through your nose while imagining going up the left side of the box, then hold your breath while imagining going across the top of the box, then exhale through your mouth while imaging going down the right side of the box, and then hold your breath while going across the bottom of the box

Then repeat until you feel relaxed/calm
