How to Build Muscle Endurance

When it comes to building muscle endurance how do we do that? Maybe you are training for something like a Spartan race which requires both muscular strength and endurance. How do you train for that? How do you workout differently?

Bang on. I am now fitter on the field as well. People concentrate on Vo2 max too much. Yet I got fitter by lowing rest times in gym between sets.

if i wanna boost my endurance, and my schedule is, do 5*15 TABATA with 10kg kettle, and then 5 *15 bulgarian squats each leg and then a little bit pushups . in my opinion, i need to do HIIT to boost endurance, am i wrong ??

I find increasing reps and switch to other body part between sets is best. For example: I do hindu push ups as most I can and then without resting I start doing squats and switch between.

When I play baseball my arm gets tired quickly after throwing so to improve muscular endurance for upper body do I need to do it for a specific muscle group or my entire upper body? and should my reps be done fast?

Can bodyweight exercises like arm swing squats for 30+ minutes have the same aerobic adaptations as rowing and running since you are using mostly the same muscles for longer periods?
What other low impact exercises have these aerobic benefits of a larger heart and stroke volume?

I train muscel size 2-3 for a week and 2-1 day endurance as well. It is good?

I was wondering always this, is it possible to train for muscle endurance (short reps and so on) and also combine it with strength training (to get stronger)? or should one have to be done for a priod first and then move to the other on a subsequent phase?

thanks for the information. I'm doing calisthenics and I'm at around 15 pullups and 50 pushups in a row, I'm gonna try this, do you recommend a rest time? 1 min or 30 seconds? less? lol

Bro, i have a problem where i cant do more pull ups after a few sets ( after i do 3 sets i cant do no more )
But i can do 20 slow clean pull ups in a row

Is that the problem of low muscle endurance?

You can't outtrain a bad diet... I learned that the hard way training so hard and having poor results. Then I started following the Agoge diet, and I finally started seeing some great results.
