Not responding and being emotionally detached can give you a moment to review and see their projection, baiting, and gaslight. Then you see it:)

That’s exactly how I started pushing him away. I stopped sharing my business. When he asked why I didn’t tell him about my new job or other projects. I told him it’s not important since I don’t need outside validation. And when you tell people your business you’re justifying yourself😂 He got so pissed and called me uppity, which I love being called🧚🏾‍♀️🥰

Avoid or go no contact, if you can. If they cannot stir drama or get a reaction out of you, they will target someone else. If you can't, try to maintain distance (both physically and emotionally) away from them and their flying monkeys. Minimize interactions. Don't share anything personal with anyone. Trust no one.

Our Intuition works when our minds are Silent. Don't react, and also don't take anything they say seriously....what they say is pushing or pulling you into their sick games. Silence is Golden....and gives us the answers we need in every situation.
