Great bang for buck with this one! NGL, I get impatient when I work out, especially strength training and want to "just get it done". This workout is awesome cause it's got such a great pace that before you know it, it've over, you're drenched in sweat, feeling pumped and you're just like, "That's it? That was quick!" I can give no greater compliment in this domain!
