Welcome to class! Today we are moving through a Minimal Cues Vinyasa Flow for Backbends! You should already have a strong practice and know the basics before taking this class. As always, if you see an opportunity to spice up your practice, take it! You are always welcome to come down into savasana or childs pose, as well as skip and postures you are not comfortable with!
