You need to do one about how to stay consistent and motivated...through time issues, through skipping a few days etc. Starting is not an issue. Keeping it going forever is!!

It always helps to remember that your body is your great friend and will only support you. Totally changed my life and diet. Not to mention health. I had stopped rice, ghee, oils but thanks to you I eat those and it has helped me.

I watched many videos about weight plateau but didn't get it. You explained it so nicely and in an excellent way that it clears all the doubts. Your motivational words were very helpful.
I lost 30 kg in 7 months, and now for one month my weight is stuck. I ll follow your advice but may need more.

Hello, ma’am I know many of people thanked you and said that they love you but I can’t express my gratitude to you, I started following the weight loss journey exactly in this month, but as you say I kept patient didn’t overdosed anything just kept calm, did yoga, strengthening exercises, followed meal plan as you suggested and I can say now I am zero figure, I look fabulous whenever I see in mirror, my skin feels so fresh, and my favourite food grain is ragi, I do eat sweets but preferably homemade, and I enjoy the life, thank you so much !
