HOW TO FIX A BAD PAINT BLEND...

Fixing this bad blend line on a #DodgeRam truck. Typically when this happens it means the they didn't blend the clear coat correctly when doing a repair which leaves a hard line or blemish.

This is great. I had a clearcoat line, and when I sanded it down, I was left with a white line. How do you get rid of the white line? I assume I used a bad technique in sanding....Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
