Ingredients:
1 Betty Crocker Red Velvet cake mix
2 large eggs
120g butter, melted
100g white chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C, Gas Mark 4, 160°C (fan).

2) Add the cake mix, eggs and melted butter to a bowl and mix everything together.

3) Fold in the white chocolate chips.

4) Scoop up 2tbsp of the mix and place it on a baking sheet. Repeat this with the rest of the mix.

5) Add some more white chocolate chips on top.

6) Bake for 8-10 minutes and then let them cool.

7) Enjoy!
