At 21 weeks pregnant you might start to notice it is harder to sleep comfortably. I'm going to go over ways to help you sleep better when you are pregnant. I'm also going to talk about how to help with heartburn and how to help. As always, we'll go over baby development as well. My name is Diana. I have been feeling my baby move for a while, but last night before I fell asleep, he was really going crazy. I put my hand under my belly button and could feel him. He was very active, so I nudged my husband and said "put your hand on my belly!" Husband felt his boy kick for the first time last night. It was a great moment for us all.
