Body weight squat💪🏻

Do✅
* Your feet should be slightly wider than hip width apart with your toes slightly pointed outward.
* Keep your chest lifted and neutral spine.
* Keep your core braced and think about pushing the hip back and sitting in an imaginary chair.
* Exhale as you drive through your heels and push back up.

DON’T ❌
* Avoid letting the knee rotate internally or externally. Only go as low as your body allows depending on your body’s anatomy to avoid butt wink.
