Important to control the movement and tempo so that the first variation is still ok to serve as a progression. It is better to learn to feel leg/glute engagement than go straight for the depth. Good video.

Is it ok for leg to Ho forward toes? Before it was consider bad but now some say it’s fine n some say it isn’t. So is it fine ?

I disagree about feet placement. In my oppinion you should explore if you van keep your feet parallel or near to parallel.

Pointing your feet outwards can collapse the arch of your foot which leads to valgus fault. You can also get the dreaded butt wink.

Not true. Your squat stance depends highly on your hip socket positioning. Some people have very forward facing hip sockets and those people can squat with a narrower stance, others have the sockets facing more outward and those people benefit from a wider, toes out stance. There is no single stance superior to the other, it depends on the individual. Also, socket depth and leg length make a lot of difference. You wouldn't let a 1.60m powerlifter squat the same as a 2.10m basketballer.
