Just bought some squat wedges from Amazon to help. It's my ankles that are the main issue and feet don't bend much since an accident. Having my heels raised helps so much! I can actually stress my quads now! So happy

I can squat ok with body weight but as soon as I add weights I can't get back up.

The only reason squats are an issue is PAIN in the joints and tight muscles. You totally ignore this, as if PAIN does not exist!
