Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR PMS, CRAMPS, PERIOD PAIN, ETC. During this video we will be doing poses that target the hips, belly, pelvis, & lower back. Yoga may help alleviate pain from menstruation & it may also help to ease the emotional symptoms associated with your period. If you'd like you can grab a pillow to help to modify & feel more comfortable during the practice as I give some verbal cues on how you can incorporate it. If you start to feel unwell during the practice or there's a pose that feels uncomfortable, feel free to pause & take a break. Listen to your body when you're doing any types of exercise & make sure you're taking care of yourself. This practice is meant to be relaxing & fairly easy. i love how gender neutral all your videos are! im a non binary person, but assigned formal at birth. period yoga usually makes me dysphoric because it’s so focused on women and femininity. but this one made me feel safe and comfortable, and helped my cramps! thankyou so much nico <3

WOW! I swear I was thinking about this the other day. I had to pause my 30-day challenge for the red flower, but I literally was thinking about how to keep up with the practice, then I see this video! Talk about timing. It is saved in my queue, and now ready to pick up where I left off!

I really loved the black screen and extra time to sit in vinyasa at the end of this. It was such a peaceful way to end a video I needed to calm the energy in my body now that my period has started.
